2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arriving late may shorten the duration of your service to avoid delays for the next client.

3. Payment & Pricing

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Final service charges will be confirmed at the time of booking or in-person consultation.

Gratuities are not included in service pricing but are greatly appreciated.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and are non-refundable.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Expired promotions may not be honored.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries prior to your treatment.

Karma 7 Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client who may pose a health risk to themselves or others.

All tools and equipment are sanitized in accordance with Florida state health regulations.

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

Any personal information collected through our website or booking system is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for communication and service purposes.

8. Right to Refuse Service
